Meet Coach Ola
Coach Ola is a faith and fitness expert who blends in her Islamic faith into the swimming and fitness arena. She graduated from George Mason University with a B.S in Biology and health promotion minor. Ola hosts a podcast called "The Purposeful Fitness with Coach Ola Show". She is an ACE (American Council of Exercise) certified personal trainer, functional fitness specialist, and a beginner swim instructor. She launched her own campaign, #Swim4Akhirah to represent Muslim women and women who desire modesty
