This service is directly focused on developing fostered youth and young adults ages 14-26 who are ready to go out into the real world and achieve their dreams. We use the "Fun Factor" to blend the harmony of success and a good time to deliver the experience of a lifetime!

Most people who come out of foster care need more knowledge on how the system works, we are here to guide them every step of the way!

Kayla Brockington

Kayla Brockington, the founder of Project Niche, started this organization because of the endless cases she heard about Richmond, Virginia's youth who are in foster care with no valuable life skills to obtain independence. 

"Growing up in foster care drove me to start Project Niche. It gives me a chance to give back to the fostered youth of today."
